       Nine Elms Point Phase 1 Project

       Nine Elms Project is set to be the high-volume project of Barratt London, comprising 583 apartments. The Nine Elms neighbourhood has been earmarked by the Mayor of London. It has one of London`s most important regeneration stories over the next 20 years.
       For installation of the cladding systems Cornelius UK Ltd involved the experienced Management and supervision and qualified installers. All plant and machinery on site (mini-cranes, compact articulated robots) are operated by trained/experienced operators.


     Main cladding installation:

  •   Unitized curtain walling/window – 200mm mullion depth including extruded aluminium PPC sub-frame, double glazed infill panels. System incorporates integrated openable elements.
  •   Bolt on balconies – on East Elevation of Block D
  •   Balustrades on bolt-on and concrete balconies
  •   Soffits and fascia panels on the balconies
  •   Double and single leaf door sets at the entrance level (Schuco system).
  •   Rain water pipes and rain water outlets.
